Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and send them back to our Hamilton warehouse using a tracked courier service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 3-5 business days.
